Welcome to La Confiserie Wakefield By visiting our website (www.laconfiserie.ca) or making a purchase from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Products All of our confections are handcrafted in small batches in Wakefield, Québec. Product availability, pricing, and appearance may vary slightly due to the artisanal nature of our products. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing & Payment All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders where a pricing error has occurred.

Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and any payment will be refunded.

Shipping We ship within Canada via Canada Post. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery times and our policy on temperature-sensitive products.

Refunds & Replacements All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on product replacements and how to get in touch if you are not satisfied.

Intellectual Property All content on this website,  including photos, text, logos, and branding, is the property of La Confiserie Wakefield and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability La Confiserie Wakefield's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
