Where We Ship La Confiserie Wakefield ships within Canada. For international orders, please contact us directly at info@laconfiserie.ca and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our boutique in Wakefield, Québec. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Method & Carrier We ship via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Québec & Ontario: 2–5 business days
- Western Canada & Atlantic provinces: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (holidays, Valentine's Day, Easter).
Perishable & Temperature-Sensitive Products Our chocolates and confections are sensitive to heat. We reserve the right to hold shipments during hot spells or extreme heat warnings to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. We will notify you by email if your order is delayed for this reason. La Confiserie Wakefield is not responsible for products damaged due to heat exposure during transit.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Canada Post tracking number.
