Our Commitment to You At La Confiserie Wakefield, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted confections. Your satisfaction is important to us.

All Sales Are Final Because our products are perishable food items, we do not offer refunds on purchases. All sales are final.

Product Replacements If you are not happy with the product you received, please contact us within 48 hours at info@laconfiserie.ca with a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo, and we will do our best to make it right.

Please note that we are not responsible for products affected by heat or conditions during transit, please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

Not Up to Our Standards? If the product you received is not up to our usual standards, please get in touch at info@laconfiserie.ca ,we want to make it right. We will work with you to find a solution that leaves you satisfied.
