Candied orange and chocolate have been paired together for generations, and for good reason. Our candied orange chocolate bark is inspired by the classic orangettes often found in traditional chocolate shops.

Made by hand in our Wakefield kitchen, we blend smooth couverture chocolate with pieces of candied orange peel for a combination that’s both bright and comforting.

The citrus brings a gentle bitterness and sweetness that contrasts beautifully with the smooth chocolate, creating a flavour that feels familiar, balanced, and easy to return to.

Chocolate bark also makes an easy dessert to share, simply place a few varieties on a plate for guests to enjoy alongside coffee or tea.

We offer it in both milk chocolate and dark chocolate.

And for those who like to explore, our chocolate bark is also available with other inclusions: almond, hazelnut, candied ginger, blueberry, cranberry, rice crisps, sponge toffee and pretzels each made in small batches with the same simple, consistent approach.
