Chocolate Bark - Candied Ginger

The sweetness of chocolate and the heat of the ginger makes a lovely combo.   We mix in the small bits of candied ginger into the organic and fair trade chocolate that we use.  Make a dessert out of it, get a few different flavours put them on a platter and have a chocolate tasting.   All of our bark is available in milk and dark chocolate, we also offer it with other inclusions:  almond, hazelnut, candied orange, blueberry, cranberries, rice crisps or sponge toffee.
